Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including used fitness gear or pet products that have been opened or used.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and proof of the issue.
